1Paying Alhuda Travel Safely

When you book your flights, hotels, Umrah or Hajj package, visa or insurance with Alhuda Travel, your payment is handled securely. All online card payments go through 3D Secure payment gateways, which means your bank checks it is really you before the payment is approved. Our website is protected with SSL encryption, so the details you send us cannot be read by anyone else.

2Ways You Can Pay

Bank Transfer

Fast and reliable. Only pay into our official account shown below and on your invoice.

Debit Card

Pay securely by debit card, protected by 3D Secure.

Credit Card

Pay by credit card, which can also give you extra protection from your card provider.

Cash at Our Office

Cash can be paid at our London office only. Always ask for a signed receipt.

Cheques are not recommended because they can take more than 10 days to clear, which may delay your booking.

4How Your Money Is Protected

  • ATOL protection: Flight-inclusive packages are financially protected under the ATOL scheme through Times Travel Limited (ATOL 74904). You receive an ATOL certificate when you book.
  • Credit card protection: If you pay by credit card for something costing between £100 and £30,000, you may also be protected by your card provider under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.
  • Secure card checks: 3D Secure means your bank confirms every online card payment with you, usually through your banking app or a text code.
  • Payment receipts: Ask us for a receipt or updated invoice for every payment you make, and keep it safe.

5When You Need to Pay

A deposit of 50% of the total cost confirms your booking. The full balance must be paid before your flight tickets are issued. Your invoice will always show the amount due and the date to pay by. For full details, please read our Terms and Conditions.

6How to Stay Safe From Payment Fraud

  • Only pay into the official bank account shown on this page and on your invoice.
  • If you get an email or message saying our bank details have changed, do not pay. Call us on 020 3286 6669 to check first.
  • We will never ask for your card number, PIN or online banking password by email, text or WhatsApp.
  • Check that our website address starts with https://www.alhudatravel.co.uk and shows a padlock before entering any details.
  • Be careful of Umrah deals on social media that look too cheap. Check the company's ATOL number before you pay.
